I worked with Agencie on the design build for a complete gut renovation of a landmarked townhouse that also included a rear yard enlargement that doubled the size of the existing original building. This work occurred during the Pandemic and Agencie persevered through all of the incredible obstacles ranging from labor shortages, unstable material costs, and ever changing regulations intended to cope with those uncertain times. This was a long process and the thing that strikes me the most is Agencie's enduring perseverance and optimism. The final product is spectacular and so appreciated every day. It is upsetting to know that a business can operate in the manner that Agencie does. There is no professionalism, courtesy, or respect displayed by Adres and his firm. As a builder in the industry communication is essential. When dealing with Agency expect a 14 day business response time, that means no response to emails or phone calls. Expect the receptionist to answer the phone, and never connect you with anyone in their office. They do not welcome people in their office, and are not open to dealing with people in person. I would not recommend using Agency Architecture due to their lack of accountability and professionalism. It is a shame that this firm conducts their business in this manner. I wish you the best of luck, in your experience with this firm.
