I have been working for Aerotek about 1.5 years and was one of the best experience with an agency. The Recruiter Daniel did a wonderful job finding me work with Construction Innovation in a matter of days. The Aerotek Team was very helpful in resolving any issues within the workspace. They resolve timecard issues quickly and efficiently. If you're looking for a job contact them for resource. Show them your skills, experiences and they will work with you. I surely will use them again in the future.

I was employed with Mary Ann’s Baking back in December 2023 through Aerotek I was working for this company for 4 months before I was let go due to an old case on my background. Now mind you my recruiter at the time was well aware of my criminal history but still decided to proceed with enrolling me with the company. Every time I reached out to my recruiter from the day I was sent out to work for Mary Ann’s I never received a response only to find out he was let go and was no longer my recruiter. They never replaced him or gave me another recruiter when there was various times I needed questions answered from Aerotek considering I was still technically employed through them. I was told it was a 90 day probation period before getting hired on with the company which was exceeded. I actually was pass my 90 days and started seeing other people who were employed through Aerotek get hired on with the company that I know for a fact started working after I started. So I started to reach out to the agency with concerns of why I have not been hired on yet and their excuse was a list comes out of people who has reached their 90 days so the company themselves receives the list from the agency. The employers at Mary Ann’s saw my great work ethic and higher ups such as supervisors and managers even owners were asking to bring me aboard so when it was brought to my attention that they were desperately trying to hire me permanently I reached out to Aerotek about it and all of a sudden one day on my way home from work I get a call from a lady named Melinda telling me do not return to work because of my background !! Which clearly should have been looked at from the day I started. Not only to add on payday for my last week of work my check was not received in my direct deposit which mind you has never happened to me during the time period I was actually working for them. Moral of the story Aerotek is not a good agency if you’re seriously looking for work. And might I add I am an African American male and believe I was discriminated against because of the way I was treated and also noticed I work in a facility were there was 2% of my race population.👎

Very unprofessional temp service.I've applied for jobs and I'm overqualified for a lot of the jobs that they have. The gentleman that was over my account or should I say in charge of me getting a job told me that the position that I applied for was already filled after I came and filled out another application and filled out all the paperwork besides the onboarding paperwork. I called multiple times and left voicemails and never received a response back and did it interview with him where he actually mentioned that I was overqualified for the position which really didn't matter to me as long as I had a job bringing in income guys name was Noah and he was very untrustworthy and I wouldn't recommend going through him at all. I don't usually write reviews especially about temp services, because they are there to help people but this is one of the worst ones I've experienced.

Worst experience. They tell you they will reach out and find something for you, just to kick you off of the app. Not to mention, they are extremely hard to get ahold of. Most days they decide to have 2-3 hour long meetings in the morning and then decide to go home for the rest of the day. They do not care about employees at all, and the recruiters never answer their phones. Worst temp agency to work with.

About 2 years ago, this company offered me a job at Clippercreek in Auburn. That job hired me on the spot. My Aerotek person got my resume wrong and I was only there for a few weeks (less than a month). These people would NOT send me my payroll checks after they said they were sent and i kept acquiring on them daily. Well, I ended up getting fired over a medical issue and Aerotek told me to come in the next day (the next day being my last day of being fired anyways). After I got fired, these guys didn't send my checks until I threatened a lawsuit against Aerotek. The check dates WERE the day I got fired. This temp agency is a joke and I don't recommend.

So far things are looking pretty disgusting with aerotek, I was promised a better job, closer to me and better pay, while I was going through the process I am told a week later that no positions are available. So they got me another but less pay and much farther and didn't warn me that if I ask for my payments by check, I have to visit the aerotek building. My days off are the days the building is closed, so i can't go to the building to collect my check. Furthermore, I have been contacting an agent from aerotek, and he has also been ignoring my texts and calls. The one thing I can say that was good is that I was hired elsewhere quickly. Worst agency , Im currently working in Construction Innovation. It has become apparent that new hires are being brought on board with significantly higher salaries than long serving, experienced employees such as myself. They make you to do more but they dont pay you enough.
