I purchased software costing me well over $75,000. After only 1 week we were having issues accessing different functions so I called hoping to receive some tech support. Jim answers the phone and after I begin to kindly and politely explain the issues (even though I had every right to be upset I remained calm on the phone) he cuts me off mid sentence and begins to YELL. I couldn’t get a word in for at least 3-4 minutes while he continued to scream over the phone about how I need to call Microsoft and not him for tech support and that he’s sick and tired of having to explain this to me. Keep in mind this was the very first time I called after purchasing from them. Extremely unprofessional and I hope the man I spoke to is at least given customer service training and a write up if not fired. This is 100% not ok at all. He easily could have calmly explained that the issue must be resolved by Microsoft instead of yelling through the phone over this. I will never do business with them again and highly recommend you take yours anywhere else but here
