Curt and his team designed and installed a multi-room AV system for us. His help and input in selecting the equipment and features that met our needs could not have been better. The quality of the equipment he selected was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. Curt’s staff was professional and responsive, and they were able to complete the entire installation within a short time. They were clearly skilled and experienced. I would highly recommend AIC and would not hesitate to use them on my next project.

Working with Curt and AIC was an absolute pleasure. We had built 3 homes before with custom whole house A/V solutions and AIC has stood head and shoulders above the others (who were also pretty good, by the way). From the initial consultation, through the job/component selections and every step of the way through project completion, Curt and his team were absolutely top notch. This was a review I couldn't wait to write because of how outstanding AIC is. My wife and I reached out to AIC for our business interior and exterior audio needs. When we looked for local recommendations several friends said to look at AIC so we did. Right from the first phone call I knew we were in good hands, they were friendly and very knowledgeable. We told them what we wanted and they came with some ideas and products that could fit our budget. The day of install we had three polite and friendly AIC crew show up (on time!). They gave me a brief rundown of what they would be doing and then got to work. The install was done before we knew it and music was in the air!
Their recommendations were prefect because now the sound was part of the room and you could still here people talk with no issue. The end of the day the crew was being meticulous about any mess or dust left behind and for us that brought no worries of trying to open that day.
I did get a random follow up visit from one of the crew a couple days later, he was just checking if I had any additional questions or concerns since having it all operational. I was floored and said we were all good, thanks!
My wife and I are lining up a complete install for our home this Fall of video & audio in and out. Cant wait to visit the showroom and pick out the set up. THANKS AIC YOU WILL ALWAYS BE PART OF THE lot9 FAMILY!

My subwoofer died and I contacted JL Audio who suggested that I ship it back to them and they would look at it for $500+, plus the cost of shipping a 100+ lb speaker. So I called AIC and Curt suggested that I drop it off and he would look at it. The day after I dropped it off, Curt called and said it was fixed and ready for pickup. I saved over $500 and the service was outstanding. What a pleasure working with Curt and it was done locally. I highly recommend AIC.

AIC has installed our Lutron Palladiom Shades, 7 flat screens (55"& 65") TVs, fantastic sound system, security system, etc., and they have always provided first rate service, and simple and straightforward advice and instructions. I have had similar systems and technology in homes I have owned in the Hamptons as well as Northern NJ, and have never had a better experience than dealing with Curt and the team at AIC. When we built in Palmetto Bluff our builder recommended AIC, and I can say without question, they are the absolute best technology group I have ever dealt with. Everyone on Curt's team, from Tabetha in the front office to the technicians in the field they have all been fantastic.

As technology becomes more important in home features, in my experience, the most critical item is the service of this technology by knowledgeable technicians. AIC always show up when they say they will, are extremely sensitive to clients unique needs, and always provide simple and very understandable instructions and advice--and they are very capable problem solvers. Quite simply they are the best and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone wanting state of art technology for their home.

We have been using AIC for over 12 years and still find them to be great to deal with. They are responsive and the quality of their work is excellent. They recently installed a new WiFi system as well as two new TV's and did a fantastic job. For the WiFi they ran all the wiring and it is professionally done and a clean job. They provided a couple different price points and were honest and up front about scheduling and lead times on the equipment. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Curt was very professional and played a critical role in setting us up for success in our complicated home renovation. He traveled out of state to give us a quote and then provided extended support and advice for us even though we ultimately went with a different company closer to home for logistical reasons. In fact, Curt was the one that found this other company for us and then advised that company on our project at no additional charge. I admire Curt for his ethics and his dedication to doing the right thing for his customers without regard to personal gain. I cannot recommend him and AIC highly enough!
