Our company has a long standing relationship with ADS. For the past five years I have the pleasure to work directly with ADS staff. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. When I put in a request Yesenia handles the request immediately. When I arrive to pick up request all staff is smiling and kind. Ofelia will process and execute my request quickly. When making last minute changes Ofelia is accommodating.
I have scheduled a direct pick ups Victor G. He is very efficient in executing his duties.
Now comes the monthly recycling ♻️ Andrew walks in with his infectious SMILE. He is fast and very friendly. My overall experience with ADS staff is definitely 5 star ⭐️

I had a several years of sensitive document collection that needed to be disposed of. At my place of employment, I ran into the person collecting materials from bin. I asked about services offered, one of them being residential. I called, went to the ADS location with bags of shredding. I was impressed with the security measures in place at the facility. The people whom I met were so nice and attentive. I stayed to watch the documents get shredded! I highly recommend to anyone looking to uncluttered safely.

I arrived 15 minutes after closing and was assisted by Ophelia, who called back to find out if they could still take my load for shredding. Someone was available and she opened the gate and let me come in and unload. Then she met me back in the office to pay. It would have been easy to turn me away until the next day, but she went above and beyond.

I have had a bin at my home with ADS for many years. The service is exceptional from the office staff where I work with Ofelia who is always so friendly and explains things so well, to the drivers who take such great care of my bin. I recommend ADS highly for any all of your shredding needs.

I used ADS for document shredding. Did not call ahead to schedule, pulled up to the gate, called the number posted and spoke with Bianca who instructed me on what to do with the utmost kindness and professionalism. At $65 per 65 gallon bin, it is the most reasonable price I encountered in town. The gentleman who helped me unload all of my bankers boxes filled with shred docs was also very helpful from beginning to end and disposed of the any unwanted items after he unloaded all of my boxes. We will always come back to ADS for our doc shredding needs yearly. Thanks again!
