They are dishonest about the timeframe in which they pay freelancers. It’s a shame the end clients don’t realize how many freelancers they have taken advantage of ( there are so so so many). They may say 30 days, then 70 days later your lucky to get a call or email back. They do good shows but it’s sad they don’t see the value in being honest and upfront about payment with the freelancers. I thought it was just me... turns out it’s their company culture. Sad.

talked to "megan" on the phone. I told her I needed "staged HiDef b-roll shots of several different areas on Long Island for a real estate investment group, money was no object." She put me on hold 3x and then came back and said "we dont do that" and when I asked her what you did do she said "corporate videos". When I said this was very similar, she said "well you weren't very clear in what you were asking."

Advice to ADM- don't let 14 year olds answer the phone. You just lost out on a lucrative project.
