Honestly, there's really no reason to give this location anything lower than five stars. Not considering the fact they give you money for your opinions, the staff is very welcoming and the location is very clean with plenty of parking in the surrounding area.

As far as parking goes, if you read the email entirely they do let you know parking is only free for 2 hours. To avoid any additional parking fees, park in the surrounding areas. I parked at the nearest restaurant and I walked about 5 minutes to get to the office. The email does clearly state all of this. I've done two sessions with Alder. During my first session, I was there for a little over two hours. At the second session they offered sandwiches, cookies, and sodas, while during the first session there was only coffee and water. For the second session they put you in a raffle to win extra $100 if you checked in 20 minutes before your scheduled time.

For each focus group, there was roughly about 7 to 10 people along with the person conducting the session. Both conductors have been very sociable and approachable so far. Each room has their two way mirror, some sort board for notes, and drinks like water or coffee.

My husband introduced me to this company a few years ago. At the beginning I thought it was a near miss that I wasn't chosen. It's been three years now and I haven't been chosen once!!!
My husband will answer a survey sporadically and guess what? He says, "babe, I was picked to take a survey!" ? I guess I'm doing sometging wrong by answering honestly. I just unsubscribed my email since after three year I have to take the hint. Right!?
