They were overbooked today, but they still saw me and the doctor was very pleasant and the girls were very pleasant. The thing I don’t care for is the call center and there’s a whole new group of girls in the back every time I go. I would feel more confident if there was not such a turnover of the people who do all the testing and so forth. Dr. Samuel Is very thorough and alert to my problem.

Gave them many opportunities to improve but enough is enough. Schedule appointment to for 9:30AM for retinal eye exam cause the doctor who's stationed there only takes morning appointments. I'm here now its 10:07AM waiting pisses me off im from Joshua Tree area. I had to skip PD dialysis for this whats the point showingup early and waiting my bottom a hour? The place has to many female techs I see none of them do anything most of the time no wonder both waiting halls are packed everytime. Stop playing country music nobody is feeling the music play oldies or 70s music read the environment. Do better for this location do better.

10 years and have been very happy with my results this year I asked for my annual appointment and for some reason the confusion was with your telemarketing company. They didn’t seem to be able to explain to me what’s going on, so I had to do face-to-face, but thank God for Jessica. She explained the whole thing to me. Thank you so much.

I got Dr Schultz through the ER as I was having pain in my eyes and blurry vision. No complaints about him other than he was a little short. I had an appointment on Monday at the Indio office and the staff was pleasant but when I got to the doctor his assistant kept leaving and I had to tell him no one was there. He started he was also taking to himself. He couldn't find her and had to call her on his cell phone so she could come back in. By the time she came back he had put medication in my eyes himself. He said I would need eye drops to put in my eye the next day but she gave me nothing. I went to schedule my appointment for today in la Quinta and asked for the drops the doctor said I needed. The scheduler went to ask the assistant and she said there was no drops just to use over counter drops for soothing. When I went back today the doctor ask if I had used the drops they gave me. I told I was not given anything, he seemed a little annoyed but just kept going and said it was too late now as I was healing well. The assistant came in and he said I need another appointment in a couple of weeks and she said in a month, he said it 2 more times and she kept saying on a month. He then said 2 weeks and I also said a couple means 2. She says 3 weeks and he says 2 again but she writes on my chart 3 weeks. I don't think she listens very well. I will just be glad when this is over.

can't get through to anyone in optometry (after several days of trying) even though they said i could call. the call center can't get through to them either (and more waiting on the call center to get their end going). And there's definitely no calls back even though they take your number and say someone will call you back. pre optometry check up was meh. The doctor was on the furthest wall. so, she was blurry and her head barely at the bottom of the TV frame. awkward in the dark while assistant was quieter than a mouse looking down at nothing.. very unpersonable and distant. ugh and then there's Country music playing louder than anything. dreadful.

I like the staff and of course my doctor at Acuity. I have Glaucoma which, if not addressed aggressively will lead to blindness. I am so impressed that everyone here cares about me and is doing everything they can to help me. Thank you Acuity! Dr. Ali G., thanks so much for everything that you do for me. The people are really great there at Acuity, La Quinta.The place is accommodating for patients plenty of room for everybody good doctors and good employees thank you for everything also very helpful answer your questions.

Since 12/4 the Doctors and their staff have worked on a stroke in my eye to save my vision, and it's getting so much better. All staff has been great in La Quinta and Palm Desery. These 3 months all Acurity employees have been so caring and efficient. Still receiving treatment with a smile.
Well it's been almost a year and today Dr Samuel told me the shots aren't helping but my left eye has improved so much. I thank all the staff for their support and care.
