Adrian from Active Ink Media is AWESOME! I feel like customer service around most places is dead a gone, but he has restored that and I am forever grateful for that. To make a long story kinda short I made a mistake on my address and left out my studio number and he did not hesitate to fix the problem almost a week later within 10 mins at 10 pm at night. I thought for sure I would have to wait til Monday but he responded so fast and I am a happy customer and will recommend them to anyone who needs business cards.

5 stars is an UNDERSTATEMENT!! Adrian Castillo...Simply amazing! Not only for her designs, but her professionalism and patience. I told her what I wanted and she delivered. I had issues printing at an outside location (only because I wanted plastic cards and they didn’t offer those) and she came through and made all necessary adjustments. It took me days to figure out what the issue was with the outside printing company and Adrian was there every step of the way and we figured it out TOGETHER!! She never “not” responded, never a delayed response, never and negative remarks...although I KNOW this was frustrating for her, as well as me! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! You will be INSANE to do business anywhere else for your designs!! I’m a forever customer!!!
