I'm grateful for the service that Rick provided to re-key my home's door locks. I gave him a large amount of locks to work on and some of them were real challenges, either because of their degraded state from weathering / debris or because the doors were out of alignment. His calmness and positive outlook throughout the day while he worked hard on all of the locks was much appreciated. He took time to explain, offer options, and answer questions and to make sure that he was leaving everything in the best state possible for me, which I greatly appreciated. Rick went above and beyond to even fix the mistakes that the hardware store locksmith made on one of the locks. We're lucky to have his expertise available to us in the area and he will be the only person that I call when I need a locksmith in the future.

Do not waste your time or money here. What an absolute headache.

No show twice last week, yet I still took a chance so A1 came out. Doh! What a mistake.
A1 charged me for services NOT needed-I had the original keys-would never say they're lost, so charging me $165(!!!) for 2 uncoded (cheap $5keys) for a 1998 truck keys is RIDICULOUS. Rick please take better notes next time, we feel taken advantage of.
2nd and last time I go here.

Exceptional service, 24/7. I had an emergency with a lock. Owner graciously walked me thru handling the issue myself so that everything was fixed immediately. I could not have asked for more. Almost 9 pm and the business answered and assisted with servicing the security needs of my home. Thank you for the professionalism. Very much appreciated.

I had called another local locksmith and was told that replacing the key to my Volvo could only be done by the dealer. Unfortunately, there's no local dealer. I decided to get a second opinion and called A1 and I'm so glad I did! They were able to replace my key the same day! This particular key for the year of my car is rare and wasn't used in very many models but they had the blank in stock! They got the code from my vin# and cut the key. I had several other questions about locks in my other vehicles and they took the time to answer every one without making me feel rushed or like I was putting them out. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely use them again!

I locked myself out of my house with my 1 year old son. They were at my house in Kelseyville within an hour. It was a tough old lock but they were still able to pick it. As small business owners ourselves, I can appreciate the great service!
