Very disappointing experience trying to work with one of their recruiters. Was approached about a position, and after exchanging details, reached as far as providing references and personal information. However recruiter ghosted me shortly after and stopped responding to email requests for updates. While not all candidates will qualify for positions, it's strange for recruiters to send an mail for urgent posting, request information and then stop responding. The state of California needs to do more to vet these employment companies that are competing for state contracts.
