Convoso is awesome. I use it to check calls for quality assurance. There are many different ways to search for a call. It is very easy to find what you are looking for. Then once you get your search results, there are a lot of ways to filter them. You can even save the results for later and name it for easy reference when you go to find it again. Calls are also easy to download. My experience with Convoso has been nothing but good.

In my experience, convoso is user friendly. It is an easy platform to utilize if you are working from home. Superb caller ID management system. I like how leads just come through rather having to call, which saves a lot of time and energy. I also enjoy being able to organize lists and workflow automation.

I've been using Convoso since March 2024 while I do love an integrated phone system, the quality has not been favorable for me. Daily I will get booted out of the system, have dropped/ghost calls while receiving or even during a call with a client. Convoso will also hang or push me into force pause along with completely losing audio during a client call. These occurrences at least three and sometimes all of these issues are happening daily. We have a wonderful leadership team and they are aware of this happening to myself as well as others on the system within our organization and I hope the bugs will be fixed soon without having to constantly clear C & C and rebooting our systems multiple times a day.

Great dialer/phone system. Great features and functions and highly customizable. That being said, configuring the system to your needs is not easy. There are many complicated steps and the online knowledge base does not help with everything and when you call for help, they make you do everything on your own even when you are not tech savvy and they work with the system for a living. Just configuring voicemail settings took several hours over the course of two weeks. Customer service is nice but not very time-efficient
