I've been renting a private office at CoLab 216 for just over a year now, and it's easily one of the best decisions I've made in my career. The building is cute and clean, the amenities are fabulous, and everyone is genuinely so kind and helpful. I love that there are all sorts of businesses here from accountants to realtors to writers (that would be me!), and yet we're all getting what we need out of this space. Plus the location is amazing! Can easily walk to multiple restaurants for lunch, coffee shops, boutiques, etc. Highly recommend if you need a new "Work Home!"

I spent a week in Auburn a few weeks ago and needed a place to work remotely. There were very few options other than coffee shops and the library. But I found Colab and it was a great temporary solution for the week. Nice quiet working space with a small kitchen and vending area with free coffee. And several of the other daily users are businesses that work there full time. It was very reasonably priced and a great option to working at home on the couch or dining room table with other family members all around. I would recommend it to anyone working remote.

This coworking space was the perfect fit while traveling through town and needing to find a place to drop in for the day to work. Elizabeth was so friendly and helpful to make my stay - even for just a few hours - so comfortable. The space is clean and quiet, and I especially appreciated access to a standing desk after being in the car all morning, as well as a conference area to take calls. They have convenient, free parking and great restaurants nearby. Such a gem of a workspace!

CoLab has been a great place for my office, and I highly recommend it! Sarah and Elizabeth are outstanding managers. The community is welcoming. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The culture is terrific with community events, an onsite kitchen and snack bar, and a definite sense of being in a professional environment.

CoLab is located in the heart of downtown Opelika - it's difficult to find a better location whether you are a business owner or a remote employee who needs to get out of the house.

CoLab is an excellent place to rent office space and conduct business. Elizabeth and Sara are knowledgeable and helpful adding to the atmosphere of "welcome" which we all need for our businesses. CoLab offers a variety of office types, conference rooms, snack and drinks, sound proof rooms, and more. It is always clean and there is plenty of parking.

Don't work from your kitchen or couch if it doesn't make you happy. Your sanity and productivity is worth a small investment in office space.

CoLab has friendly, professional staff who run a clean and approachable workplace. Community events are hosted, like a monthly Taco Tuesday catered lunch and a breakfast on another date. There is reliable internet, high quality printer, and enough bathrooms that waiting for a turn is unlikely.

CoLab is a great place to have an office. I have rented several offices here of various sizes over my years of being a tenant. They were able to facilitate my growing office needs as I went from being a solopreneur all the way to hiring employees and building a team. I highly recommend CoLab if you're looking for an office for a business or as a place to come and work as a remote employee.

Very disappointing. Scheduled a viewing of their office space over the weekend. Including filling out the information on their website about my business. They confirmed the appointment on Monday morning. Got their Tuesday to view the office space and was basically told if I have clients coming to appointments, they don't want me there. Wanted to still show me the space but would have to talk to someone else before I could put in an application. I could tell they didn't want my business there. From my understanding, it would be too much of a bother for the front desk to show a client where my office would be 3-4 times a day during tax season. Which I primarily work remotely with clients so that was an over estimate.

Would have been so much better if they had taken 2 minutes to call and discuss it with me on Monday prior to confirming the appointment instead of me wasting my time on Tuesday driving up there to be told they don't want clients visiting the businesses there.
