The Agency sent me to work to Yusen Logistics on my first day of work I had An Orientation for safety it took 2 hours long. However the agency said it was paid. On my second day of work they sent me home early after working 4 hours so I got my first check, I didn’t even see on my paystub that I got paid for my orientation. So I continued coming in to work…. And they kept sending me home after 4 hours of working to me it is not worth it coming to work for half a day of work.

I worked for the company called Damco in Carson a job provided by your agency. I worked there for 2 weeks and I never went to pick up my checks until November. I was provided with 2 checks which I deposited to my bank. After 2 days I was notified that those checks needed to be verified and that they tried to call numerous times to the number provided my the check as well as the agency in Carson as well. My bank was informed by one of your employees at the agency that the reason they were not able to communicate with anybody was because they were trying to obtain another phone provider for your business. This went on for 2 weeks with my funds deposited according to your checks were on hold. After the third week I was notified that my bank account will be closed due to those checks not being able to be verified. I asked them about the funds and they informed me that they will be sending both checks back to the company. I been trying to acquire help with no luck. I need to get my money in which I worked for. I need someone to email me back as soon as possible or I will contact Labor Commission regarding this matter and I am able to provide evidence that those checks did not go through. I worked hard for that money and I need to get new checks as well as a reimbursement amount for all the trouble this has caused me.

I Tried To Call The Office And I Was Given A Phone Number To Someone That Doesn't Even Work For The Company Who Was Supposed To Be A HR Supervisor. I Couldn't Get Any Information From Vanessa About Sick Pay Leave Which Is My Right By The Labor Board Laws.
My First Day On The Job The Onsight Sent Myself And 3 Other People's To Work Any Nobody Showed Up To Point Us In The Right Direction... I Spoke To A Onsight Who Was Getting Off Work Who Told Us To Wait Where We Were.
After A 2hrs Break Time Came An We Sent Someone To Go Get The Supervisor And He Tried To Say That We Didn't Show Up On Time But The Onsight CAROL Came And Told Him That We Were On Time And He Got Mad An Sent Us Home. I Still Haven't Been Paid For Those 4hrs Of Showing Up To Work.
