I’ve worked at a handful of studios within the interactive entertainment industry and have held positions completely outside of the gaming space; Blind Squirrel Games is the first employer I’ve joined that has given me confidence and the resources to take my career to the next level.

I’ve only been part of the team since February 2022 but I already feel like I am part of something much larger in the making. Due to the strong leadership and direction coming from the top down, I’ve been able to settle into my team and my department quickly and feel my contributions have truly mattered. The leads set clear expectations, check in to make sure you’re feeling supported, and aren’t afraid to step in and mentor when needed.

In this industry, there are days and sometimes even weeks that don’t go as planned but I always feel so capable of navigating the twists and turns at this company because of the respect and transparency being fostered here. I am excited to continue building and growing as a squirrel!
