I used Lan Pros for my dental start up setting up my network, sound system and surveillance as they were recommended highly by my construction crew. They are by far the most professional firm I have worked with, very reliable, attentive and knowledgeable. They were on time, effective and if I had any issues they were very quick to send someone to look at it. I highly recommend Silvio and his team, the fees might be a little bit towards the higher side but you definitely get what you paid for and worth every dime!

We have been using Lan Pros for our dental practice for 7 years. During that time we have updated our hardware twice, with full installation of several work stations, we have called on them for updates to our software and various IT issues. They notify us when we need to renew subscriptions and services so we don't have to worry about it AND some times they can just remote in and take care of certain things without coming into the office. They have always been professional, reliable, responsive and have solved every issue we have contacted them for. The techs are on time, polite, and clean up after themselves. When in our office at the same time as patients, they do their best to resolve things without downtime or disrupting our schedule. I never worry when we have a computer issue, because I know I can depend on Lan Pros to get back to me quickly and get right to work resolving the problem. Silvio is just amazing, he is always available for questions and solutions, and never makes us feel as if we are bothering him. All of the techs he has sent to us are great, and Nataliia in the office never lets us down. She makes sure we get scheduled right away or has one of the techs contact us. We highly recommend Lan Pros, you will not be disappointed and will wonder how you got by without them!

I've used Lan Pros since the new build out of my practice 10 years ago and couldn't be more pleased. I rarely have IT issues because they are so thorough in the initial setup. In the rare occasions that an IT issue comes up they are very responsive in taking care of it without any detrimental effects on my work schedule. I’ve recently set up a dental office with Lan Pros providing computer and software setup. Silvio and team have also provided service through all the bumps that come along with a dental startup. They’ve been impressively responsive and prompt in resolving issues.
