Air Tech has been a wonderful company to work with since we started with them over a year ago (2022). This last routine follow up to inspect the three units that we have was more than excellent. Zach was so helpful and gave answers to all of my questions. He was very approachable, respectful, and professional. They / he presented different suggestions to us, the client, in order to have a more efficient units and experience but without being pushy whatsoever! The synchronization that the company has with team members, managers, appointment schedulers and office assistants is impeccable. They are a well oil machine. We are very happy to have found them.

DJ did pretty well by me. Full pro, he was more easy going than most, not pushing for a sale, but educating on what we needed and why. He didn't even make a hard try to close, but rather left himself available, and he was prompt when I reached out. He was also pretty clear on what we were paying for.

Jonathan was my Technician. He came to do a tune-up on my heater. He was professional, and friendly. He fixed a couple of issues that I had and let me know that I had not signed up for the maintenance plan, which I thought I had already done. He was amazing and I am very happy with him. I have requested him as my regular Technician for our maintenance visits. 5 stars once again for Air Tech Pros!!

Nick was great. I made an appointment for him to check my air conditioner system. He did an extensive review of my system. He pointed out some potential failure points in the future. But overall the system was in good shape. This is the third great encounter I have had with Air Tech Pros. I would highly recommend them. Thanks
