I have worked with Jeff over many years. He is the only IT specialist that I trust and feel confident in his skills and knowledge. I've worked with many other technicians and am always left disappointed. Jeff and his organization respond immediately and care about me even though I am a very small sole proprietor. Wednesday my server stopped working in the late afternoon. Jeff personally came to my office that evening, set me up so I could continue to work and took the server. They rebuilt it and brought it back Friday afternoon. This morning, Saturday, I am back to work full speed ahead, which is awesome, because I am a CPA and it is in the height of tax season. He also monitors my system 24/7 for security breaches for an extremely reasonable fee. I can't say enough good about Jeff and his organization!

Jeff and his team have been an amazing help to our dental office IT needs. They are fast, knowledgeable, and make themselves available when we need them. We have two 3D Imaging/Panorama X-ray machines that Paradigm helps keep integrated with our practice software. Our dental practice has 5 doctors and 23 treatment suites... we couldn’t do it without Paradigm.

Modern dentistry is highly dependent on technology. Delivering high quality oral healthcare in a timely manner means that our IT team must be ready to act at a moment's notice. Hours of downtime could cost the practice thousands of dollars, and is highly inconvenient for patients who sacrifice their valuable time to fill our schedule. Jeff is as responsive as they come. He works around our schedule to keep the unexpected from happening. His work behind the scenes keeps us productive.

As networks are becoming more and more important to the smooth operation of any business, finding someone with the knowledge and expertise to keep them running at optimum efficiency can be difficult. Jeff at PBS knows the ins and outs networking and has made a difference in how ours has been performing almost immediately. Before Jeff was our guy every other Monday our server used to freeze during updates and I was told that the Raid required their own battery backups to solve the problem. All it really took was changing a few network settings. With PBS and Jeff monitoring my network I can now be more focused on taking care if my patients and staff. Thank you Jeff Wolff and PBS.
