Charging for services that are not rendered and refusing to refund timely and entirely.

Continuous issues with services, dragging addressing them, and charging you during the process

Multiple times causing business loss and negatively affecting your business, again while changing you in full

If you are looking into ROBOT with them, do NOT IT DOES NOT WORK. MULTIPLE OFFICES HAVE HAD PROBLEMS.
Their first virtual receptionist would not even turn off the voicemail for hours so she would not have to answer phones while charging , we found out from our patients.
