Wodify has been a game changer for our new jiu jitsu academy!

As first-time business owners, we were looking for a solution that could simplify operations and give our students and parents a seamless experience. A friend recommended Wodify, and we’re so glad they did! It has all the bells and whistles we need, all in one application.

Like any new system, there was a learning curve—but once we got familiar with it, everything clicked. Our students love the easy sign-in process when they arrive for class, and parents appreciate being able to pre-register and check their children in through the app.

A special shoutout to our onboarding specialist, Mekella—she was absolutely amazing! She was always responsive, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to support us through every step of the process.

I am a new gym owner and I am a big fan of Mayhem programming, however the initial set up (which was a simple owner transfer) was VERY difficult and the staff is un-reachable which is my biggest gripe. There is literally no-one to call and speak to if you have a problem. You must schedule a call. In my most recent case I needed to talk to someone about adding classes to the master schedule and how to do that as well as POS and charging clients for refreshments. I made the appointment 2 days prior, received my notifications right down to the last hour before the meeting via zoom and then I was blown off (not the first time) and had to reschedule another call, this time 4 days later for a total of 6 days to wait to speak to a human. If you are not technically proficient this can be a bit of a nail biter. Also, I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding the complaint that I sent after the fact. The staff is very nice BUT ultimately NOT THERE. I have been in business now since 01/01/2024 and it is getting easier to navigate but not because of anything Wodify has done to help. I have had to reach out to the previous owner for most of my immediate issues. If you are new to Wodify and a new gym owner like myself you may want to explore your options.

The process was smooth, organized, and super supportive from start to finish. Every question we had was answered quickly, and the training made the transition so much easier for our entire team.
