There's so much that is knew in assistive devices and technology. The experience I had with Catherine was so enjoyable. She made the tedious experience a positive one. She was so personable I felt like I had known her for years. I was very comfortable talking about my personal experiences. Many understand how difficult it is talking about what we often believe are serious faults in our disabilities. From my very first call to PATF to the last email, they have been nothing short of amazing. They provided my family and I with resources to get assistance with purchasing a mobility scooter after my previous scooter died. They also gave me other resources to get help with other possible assistance needs I may have in the future. Ultimately a low interest loan through PATF was the best way to fill the gap in my fundraising for a new mobility scooter. I needed the scooter quickly before I returned to college and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They helped me get the loan I needed so I could continue with my schooling.
