This one is directly for Wyatt and Keely. INITIAL Review is A++ Outstanding customer service attention! Two Call made before scheduling TECC-LEO just a few moments ago. This specific course is offered quite a few times a year, is one day (8hrs) in San Diego, per their website. Additional courses are offered. Affordable pricing, be prepared to use PayPal or Venmo and if you are paying for an alternate attendee, there is a comment box to list the information. This is a great option to have when booking is performed online. Both Wyatt and Keely were professional and were able to answer all my follow up questions. When a team is all equipped with education of their operations and able to provide details to navigate, to me, that proves that communication is not a barrier within the organization. This alone should imply competence in their structure, in order to provide education to future attendee that strive to advance skills in the work force they service. Bravo team! Fantastic first impression!

I wish I could give 0 starts. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!! I don't know how they hire their staff, but they are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They called my mom for an interview and left her a voicemail, but didn't even bother to leave a phone number to call back. When she called their office, the guy who answered (who sounded like he hated his job) didn't allow her to finish speaking and cut her off, then hung up on her. And when she called back(several times), he didn't answer. Like if you don't have patience to deal with people, then don't even work in customer service! Definitely not worth working here. Thank you for showing what your business is really about. Just imagine how they treat their employee, if that's how they treat people.

This place is the real deal. Took TECC and still is by far the best training I’ve ever received. Can tell from first hand as a young EMT in Compton, that when I went to my first GSW who was in full arrest, the training I received helped me focus on the highest possible level of care for that patient. I would recommend to anyone in the Fire, EMS, or police world!

Just took a LEEFER class here and it was awesome... Wyatt was a great instructor and so we're his other trainers....

I completely messed up on one of the scenarios but the staff was understanding, helpful and professional....

Course cost are very reasonable for the training u receive and I think attending this place is a must for any first responder..
