Most unprofessional medical establishment. Specifically Clinical Research Female - Erin Mcleod who works under Dr. Cynthia Robbins.

After spending 4 hours going through a screening process - the communication has declined slowly to nothing. After getting approved for the study, the timing did not work out due to Thanksgiving holidays. I was told I would receive a call back to reschedule after Thanksgiving - which I never did.

You would think for a medical research that wants to help patients get the treatment they need and recruiting participants they would want to return your call and have you participate in the study, but Helios in Fort Worth has practically done the exact opposite.

Makes me lose hope for the future in driving research to make the world a better place. I have called the office multiple times asking for closure and to why no one has called me back, but have only been told that "Erin is screening someone and will call you back." Fast forward to over a month later and still no call or communication.

I finally received a call back today and was told I am unenrolled in the study due to being "on the fence" about participating, when in fact I have been the one trying to reach out and get the ball rolling!!!? She has refused to give a clear reason to why I have been dropped in the study, but goes to show how unprofessional this research clinic is if they can't explain the reason to being dropped/ terminated.

I would love to participate in a clinical study to help the developments of medicine and research but not at a practice that puts communication on the back burner.

If you are thinking of participating or working with Helios - especially the Fort Worth location, I would strongly suggest doing other wise as it is a complete waste of your time.
