As a customer of 3 salons, this system is terrible . It does not allow me to remove my credit card information from my account. I would warn all customers of salons to avoid Phorest. This practice should be illegal, I will be pursuing this with the Ombudsman for Consumer affairs with a view to getting Phorest black listed .

We have been using Phorest as our Booking system for over 12 years & can highly recommend , although there are monthly costs involved it is well worth it , the booking system is easy to use , online bookings have helped us grow & we can control no shows & cancellations better. We cannot do without the email & sms reminders , they have become an integral part of our business. There is so much more from financial reports, vat reports & stock control , this system does it all , oh & not forgetting the great support , anytime we need help they are just a phone call away, Thank you guys for a great service.

We switched to Phorest and had been with 2 other salon software companies- one which wasn’t keeping up with technology and one that over promised but under delivered. Phorest has been a much better experience for us. We have 2 locations and with Phorest we are able to seamlessly manage inventories between locations, log on from anywhere and the reports have been helpful to manage staff and business. Bravo Phorest!

Of all the companies I deal with, Phorest have had the most consistent and enthusiastic service. Their staff are enthusiastic, present and any issue is dealt with quickly, professionally and with a human touch. Whatever they are doing, they should keep doing it. I cannot find fault with them and they are worth every penny.

As a salon owner using pen and paper for many years, I was very anxious and nervous to switch to computer… 3 years later… my salon would have never survived Covid without Phorest. Salon runs more smoothly, and the 10-50 hours a week I would spend outside my working hours making appointments, running competitions, building clientele and more is seriously reduced to 5-10 max !!! Seriously, until you try Phorest, you have no idea what your missing, and how much easier life can become! It pays for itself literally.
