Spent over an hour on the phone and qualified for a study . Was told someone would call to schedule time and date. Fast forward 24 hrs and I called and told my age group was not available and that they were trying to reach me. I received no calls. If you want to waste your time just give them a call

I can't say enough on how well I was treated while I was there last Monday. Novlette is such a sweetheart and I love her to pieces. Granted the overnight rooms aren't exactly the Waldorf Astoria, but they serve their purpose. I will need a blanket as well as two pillows when I'm there on Aug 1. My overall thanks and appreciation to everyone I met while I was there. I've been keeping up on the daily diary and I look forward to seeing you next week. All the best,. Larry.

We are participants in a vaccine study being conducted by PBR. We have been impressed with their management and organization of such a large study. We have found the staff of the center to be professional and courteous. Appointments were scheduled for each visit and ran on time. All of our questions were cheerfully answered by staff. Safety of the participants has been a high priority as indicated by frequent safety phone calls and e-diaries we have kept. All of these actions have led us to feel confident in our decision to participate.

1st visit was really good nice Friendly professional I stay I was there for 3 hours didn't mind was told I couldn't get the last of the initial payment until I did a another part of it Which I was on my way to do then got told another story that I wouldn't get the second initial payment after driving 30 minutes to go do that 2nd part until the next visit so they would a got 3 visits for the price of 1. Told two different stories by 2 different people
