With the upgrade into fiber optics the Internet quality and speed is VASTLY improved and has made me much more satisfied with the services I received from this company at this point I would definitely recommend.

Internet was perfect at first. I play a lot of video games, and their fiber plan was acting good, until a month ago. I now have severe lag in games like Fortnite and Apex, and watching TV on the wifi is a hassle. Save your money and choose any other provider.

At first, I experienced some minor issues with their Coax cable internet. Switched to fiber connection, and have been very happy with the internet service since. Great company. Amazing customer service.

Love our internet provider. Never have issues with lagging and we live out in the country. Always attentive and answers the phones. Love that they give you nearly a whole month to make your payment without disconnecting and even then notify you about the disconnection. Fees are reasonable along with an actual set price for internet unlike these others who fluctuate your bill so much. 10 outta 10 most definitely recommend!

Indco is the absolute worst service provider in Arkansas! I can count on one hand the amount of days that I haven’t had any connection issues in the 18 months that I’ve used them for internet service. They are the only service provider in my area, unfortunately. I honestly think that dial up internet would have been a faster and more reliable option. I can not watch tv, play video games, or even run a Google search 1/2 of the time. This company is a joke. They have been to my house to service my equipment at least five times and within a day or two I’ll be right back to having zero service. Save your hard earned money and use a different provider.

I have had internet service with Ind. Co for over six months, and it has been amazing. In the past months, we have only had one time that the internet was down, but it was fixed in a timely manner. Any time I had a question or concern, I was able to talk to someone in person or over the phone and my issues were quickly taken care of. The speed is amazing and the pricing is well below any other competitors in the area. I am very happy with my service and with the customer service I have received with Wayne and his team.

Update: Check to see if you can get Connect2first with First Electric before signing up with Indco. They now have fiber lines and are so much faster than Indco for the same price. Might have stuck with Indco if they lowered their prices due to the competition.

I was skeptical of Indco because of all the negative reviews, but I have zero complaints on them. I got service with them in June and have not had any issues. Their service stopped up the road from my house and after getting some neighbors together to show interest in them, they extended their cables so we could have service at our houses. Brenda was awesome. I work from home and do not have connection issues while working. I did read that a good amount of people have issues with the Indco router/modems so I bought my own to get ahead of the potential problem. They are definitely worth it if you live close to 267.

All the people I've dealt with for this company have been great from the office to the field techs, but the internet is junk. They we're updating the system a few months ago to fiber and I patiently waited for the glorious moment of no more issues annnndddd the moment never came. Granted when the internet works its great, but it wont last an hour or two before I have to reset my modem and hope that miraculously brings it back to life. Most of the time none of my computers can't even connect to the wifi and if I leave for a couple days, I can't use my cameras or nest because the internet is down. Tethering from my phone puts it to shame and I have bad service at home. I'm definitely looking to switch but the options are minimal. It can't get worse, but it can get cheaper from what ive looked at so far.
