The staff members here are great, professional, patient, kind, understanding, and gentle. Payment is always received after your appointment is completed. They even provide an Uber for transportation if you don't have a vehicle.

This is a terrific place to participate in medical studies. Everyone is very professional. Your health is taken seriously. They care about you as people. They have studies throughout the year, and are currently running COVID vaccine trials. In the past I've seen migraine studies and studies for people with specific health conditions. Right now they have excellent COVID protocols.

Amazing facility and staff! I accompanied a close friend when they participated in a trial here and it was a wonderful experience! The coordinator was patient and thorough and Dr. Malbari did a fantastic job explaining the trial even though I had several detailed questions about the science. He is an amazingly humble, intelligent physician and I hope he continues to work here. Highly recommend participating in a trial here and speak to Dr. Malbari if you get a chance!

I signed up for medical study. Got paid right there right now.. Staff was awesome, friendly and professional. Facility was clean , coffee and snack a plenty. My visit took couple hours but my
in-taker was easy to spend time with. Sharp girl from Indiana. Got my gift card ,filled up my tank, had lunch. I’m a happy camper

After 2 weeks of getting the runaround from the San Antonio location about obtaining my tax forms I was connected to Susy. She not only helped me, but she was incredibly patient and kind and went out of her way to make sure all my concerns were addressed. She didn’t rush me off the phone or treat me with annoyance. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and she truly needs to be recognized for impeccable CS skills!
