I have had Southcentral connect for about a year. My Internet is much faster and better than ever. My TV service is great, the only thing I would like is an upgrade on the remote control.

This company is ridiculous. Every month I get paid on the 15th, every month I pay my bill on the website on the 15th. My service gets shut off today despite the fact I go online and paid my bill. Apparently the bill is due the 10th every month.... So you get 5 days before they shut you off fine... I go online and pay the reconnect fee ... My service is still off all day, call their number and keep getting sent to voicemail. Called tech support... Apparently they went home early for the day and there is nothing tech support can do about it despite the fact I've literally been calling for hours... This is pathetic and completely unacceptable behavior from any company.
