Products are at a higher price point than some competitor's but they also have selections many others don't and the quality is always consistent and good.
Taking off two stars because they have a habit of selling products they don't have in stock yet without calling it a presale, not shipping on the way day they say they will. Also don't pay for next day shipping. It won't happen.
Also the owner is not being honest about emails only being blocked due to charge backs. I was blocked after immediately asking to cancel an order because I used the wrong card and wanted to change my payment method. The process to get unblocked was very aggravating and the owner was very rude and dismissive during it despite me being a long time very regular customer.
Customer service emails go unanswered frequently as well.
Editing to add in response to the owner. As you can see in the attached picture you don't have a current COA for the PPAP I was referencing as a presale. That combined with the fact it is not in stock but available to order despite advertising it in promotional emails leads me to believe it is being treated as a presale.
I also find it interesting you have time to respond here but not answer my customer service emails.
Finally I will concede on the next day shipping part I meant priority Mail Express ($60 shipping option) and stand by my statement about it.
