Mitch is Very knowledgeable and experienced in the pc world. Our PC was a mess he had it fixed in a hour and works better now than it did before he worked on it. Fastest service we've ever had within a hours call it was fixed. We definitely use his expertise again for all computer needs. Price was more than reasonable to be fixed and very happy with pc. Mitch is always quick to get back to us, knowledgeable about all aspects of what needs to be done to keep our computers going and is friendly and professional. He also does everything he can to help us keep our costs down, on more than one occasion he has helped us helped us get through something quickly on the phone and not charged us for it. Other computer services companies would have set an appointment and charged us a lot for the same service. We wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Mitch the main technician here is very very knowledgeable, and super honest. Their rates are very fair, and always take their time to explain the issues to a computer dummy such as myself. They will not sell you things you don't need and get your computer back to you very very fast. If you need someone to come to your location they will do that too. I am very thankful that I found Nu World Tech to work on my computers, they really are top notch.
