Doug was simply amazing. He solved our issue with our cable box registering and explained the correct procedure we should follow when we return from our summer hiatus and want to go from vacation to full service. He also went the extra mile to investigate extraneous cables we had hanging around outside our trailer to let me know what I could safely remove by indicating the actual cables that currently bring in our service. I am now fully informed and feel a bit more in control of my electronic world. I am grateful for Doug's kindness and patience with my many questions. He is a keeper.

Tristin did a fantastic job. Certainly an expert, he had to bring the line across three poles and into the house as this place was set up for satellite. He was polite, cleaned up, and removed his trash.
He did a great job walking me through the setup and operation.

Jason was very professional, as well as, proficient at his job. He updated my equipment and made sure that the cable ends were all new and installed correctly. I was so happy he stopped by today as I was having to re-set my cable box every hour before. I was going to disconnect my account and then Jason showed up and made sure my service was working correctly. He provided stellar service and represented Optimum with great customer service. Doug was our serviceman today and he was wonderful! We needed several boxes replaced and reset and he not only did it efficiently, he also walked me through all the steps to make sure our other smart devices worked properly. On a more important note having a stranger into any home can be iffy at best. Doug was friendly, personable, professional and knowledgable and we were very comfortable with him from the start.

i called in the day before having terrible problems with my internet for months, had someone come out and fix wiring was good for a few days and than it started back up again, made another appointment for today. austin arrived at 11, he was very helpful and very kind. he got straight to work keeping me updated and even explaining why the internet was having issues, he fixed the problem super fast and is very knowledgeable with his work. he is honestly amazing and i’m very happy with the work done. austin deserves a raise cause he went above and beyond in my opinion!
