I have never seen any other cable company send people up the mountain to help someone scan their tv channels. The other guys will have you drive for cell reception to tell you it will be a week from now on a day you have to work.

We live in a rural area where we cannot get at&t or Comcast high speed internet. SNC has been a good alternative for us. Occasionally our internet goes out in super bad weather. We've been with them for three years now and it's gone out maybe five or six times for short periods of time. They fix it quickly. They came and set it up quickly. They answer questions and concerns in a timely manner. Their prices aren't extremely high. The only thing I wish they would upgrade is a way to pay your bill online. Now you can only mail in payment or pay by phone.
