I had been dealing with a very painful arthritic flare up for about 3 months that was crippling me. After my very first session, my PT Summer was able to analyze the origin of the primary pain and skillfully do some procedures to minimize it. I’m seeing her twice a week now and building my core muscles. I no longer need a cane to walk - it is an exhilarating feeling to be able to walk again without the pain!

Beautiful facility with good parking (covered!). They cover a wide array of PT possibilities, including facial muscle physical therapy. Marilyn is outstanding. The staff is also very fast, organized, and welcoming.
I am very happy I found this place and, should the need continue to arise, I will definitely continue to come!

I had a total and a partial knee surgery less than nine months apart. ( I just turned 70) Lindy has been my physical therapist post op for both. She is amazing - she has given me a lot of positive reinforcement combined with challenging workouts and great therapy - stretching, massage, and resistance training. The assistants, Bryce, Fernanda, and Reese have guided me through the exercises with great care and attention. They made my therapy session easier and fun, while still being challenging. I highly recommend Innovative Physical Therapy in Mission Valley. A++😍

Andy was excellent in helping me heal my wrist injury. After 6 months of pain, I got a cortisone shot and went to Innovative Physical Therapy for about 6 weeks and now my wrist is back to its pre-injury strength with no pain! The office staff is also very friendly and helpful, and they were always running on schedule.

Love my physical therapist and for the most part, I enjoy coming here. But the front desk lady, Annica, is the worst. Every time I come in, she doesn’t say anything. She doesn’t even look up from her computer. And when I tell her I’m there to check in, she still says NOTHING! This place would fully live up to their idea of creating a positive environment if she was replaced. When you finally do get her to talk, she talks in a tone like she hates being here. She also never smiles. Idk how she’s kept her job for all the months I’ve been attending. And this isn’t just towards me. This is to everyone, including all the older folks who are just looking to stay healthy. Everybody else is so great and welcoming. Such a shame.

I am extremely happy with my results after the 4 months of physical therapy I did with Maya! Everyone that I interacted with at Innovative was kind and professional. I can't recommend this office and Maya enough.
