These guys do a great job. Highly recommended by T-Mobile, AT&T, and other cellular providers for repairs. Knowledgeable and fast. We were in town for a few hours and they were able to repair my wife's phone and get it back to us before we left the Mountain Home area. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience with them.

My wife just upgraded to a new Galaxy 24+ phone and some how got locked out after only having it for 2 weeks. Our local v------ provider couldn't help us, said said it would have to be sent into Samsung. A nice man at T-moble suggested Ozark Tech to look at it. We took it in ,and less than a hour he had it fixed. Instead of going home with a $1000 brick, we had a functional phone again. Thanks - highly recommend

Repaired an older computer that is dedicated to an expensive piece of diagnostic instrument running on XP. Went out of their way to find a hard drive that would work with the architecture. Have their card taped to my office computer in plain site.

Very friendly, honest people, professional; got us in right away, refurbished phone works well. Had a minor issue with phone not wanting to do any software upgrades (user issue 🤪), Talon got us in right away again and took the time to manually upgrade it himself. Didn’t charge, and wouldn’t have blamed him if he had. They charge at an honest price and don’t overcharge. Highly recommend 👍

Talon was great, super friendly and professional and was willing to try to repair our Switch when nobody else around would.

He stayed in contact with us on updates and kept us informed on how it was going and got it fixed and back to us quickly.

Also, the amount he charged was so reasonable and a lot less than other places would have charged. Super nice dude.
