I am very disappointed with Kilgore vision center they made us an appointment for my son to get contacts. Our appointment was scheduled for today and they didn't even order the contacts supposedly it was my job to tell them that they was supposed to order the contacts that they made the appointment for. So we made the appointment for spring break which was this week and now I'm going to have to take off work again and my son is going to have to miss school because they did not do their job.

Horrible experience. Had to get zapped multiple times for problems with cataract surgery. Spent lots of time telling me how only a very small percentage have issues. I have scratches in my eye I get to look through permanently. He seems irritated with me when I go complain. THIS IS MY VISION FOLKS!!!! I'LL NOT GO BACK THERE. NEGATIVE 500 STARS.

Don't buy your glasses here after your appointment. They didn't offer the upgrades they just applied them to my glasses without my permission. I wound up paying 4x as much as anywhere else due to this. I will be going elsewhere instead of getting taken advantage of.

Outstanding experience at Kilgore Vision Center! The doctors are simply the best - extremely knowledgeable and provide exceptional care.
