I've never ben happier than I am hee. It's clean, whether, well-maintained and all my neighbors are so nice and kind if loj out for each other. The whole company is helpful and sweet. I'm close to everything I need and rrent rate is great for such a central location. If you need a housing solution, especially as a single person this is by far the best ooption.

I hope that Google adds a zero star option to adequately describe places like this. The entire team management to property managers and front desk employees are deceptive. They continually told me things through text that never came to fruition. They don’t have onsite staff to address any issues. I paid the deposit and first months rent, signed a lease, and on the day that I was supposed to move in, while still asking for keys to the unit, they cancelled the lease, and have not given me back the deposit or rent. Instead they blocked me from their phones, even the one listed on their website. Do not do business with this company. They have no integrity.

The Dels corporation brings new life to old, run down properties, and provides affordable housing for communities. The Dels team and staff are extremely attentive and work hard to take care of their properties and tenants.

The units have mold in them, there Is no ventilation in the bathrooms, so moisture will get trapped, and since the bathtubs are not sealed properly moisture gets trapped into the walls. My neighbors have also attested to complaining to maintenance about mold and said that maintenance came in at 9am and just painted over it.

I just had to move out after only being there for three weeks because of sickness from the mold Despite management claiming they Have no issues with more than the past. The only reason I didn’t rated one star is because they were compliant in giving me back my security deposit Even though it took over a month.

These units also have bad bug problems Because the front doors are not properly sealed, which will allow crickets and grasshoppers to enter the units very easily. This is the reason why they spray the inside of the units for bugs once a month. My issue with this is that it’s not an actual solution, and these harsh chemicals that they were spraying within the units Is just asking for more health problems on top of the mold issue . a better solution would be to just fix the seals on the front door and install fans in the bathrooms and in the kitchen area where people cook.

Another issue is the fact that there is no reasonable place to hang or install curtains in these units leaving most residents to have makeshift curtains made out of blankets or sheets, as if it’s a Third World country.

It seems like the only thing that’s up to code in these buildings is the fact there is fire alarms.

The best apartment complex in town by far. From quick response times, beyond fair pricing, to the extraordinary management. They always go above and beyond, and truly show that they care about their tenants!

I highly recommend the dells it was a safe place for me to get started with my kids help me save money the staff all is responded and we're very nice the prices are very reasonable all my neighbors were good people they don't allow bad people all utilities were included along with Wi-Fi it was a great place for me too save money and work I'm glad they built the dells in my town because before they did we didn't have any housing options has been a true blessing not just for me but for our entire town

Would give it a zero if I could. This fing sucks roaches,no hot water will come im while you sleep to perform maintenance. Randomly changes rent due dates, overall f the people who run the place lugi needs to pay them a visit.
