We live out of state and feel very fortunate to have found Sandland Construction who worked with us to make our dream home come true. Beth and Randy Sandland immediately understood what we wanted to accomplish and were enthusiastic about our vision.

Randy's knowledge and experience in construction are self-evident when we look around our new home. His attention to detail and his workmanship are impressive, and we feel confident that our house was built to the highest standards. Special thanks to Randy's crew for their hard work and dedication.

Beth's management of our project was nothing short of exceptional. Although we were unable to be on site during most, if not all, of the construction, she kept everything running smoothly. There were some challenges, such as supply chain disruptions, a tornado, and heavy rainfalls during the build, but Beth calmed our fears and kept us well-informed with regularly scheduled Zoom meetings, and plenty of photos and videos.

Beth's sense of design and her ability to pick up on our preferences made our home a true reflection of what we had imagined. Her vast knowledge of cabinetry, counter tops, tile, flooring, etc. was an invaluable source to us in making the best decisions.

We absolutely love our new home. It is truly a legacy build.

Excellent! Randy and Beth along with their crew do excellent work and are very attentive to details and listen carefully to the customers desires. Randy works hands on with the crew and Beth works with the customers needs and orders the materials needed. As with any project work there's both good and bad issues and and they are very transparent about how to solve any issues that come up and how to get the best value for dollars spent. In our case the final product was spectacular and we enjoying our new living quarters and magnificent garage. The built-in cabinets and shelving were of high quality.

I would highly recommend Sandland Construction to anyone who is looking for a quality finished product.

Communication with me was very thorough from the beginning of my interaction with them. Not only did they fight with my insurance for me, but they finished our job with a lower cost than estimated. Quality of the work was fantastic. Matched my existing siding and roof as well as could be hoped for. The quality of the materials used was great. They worked with me on the paint colors and carpet to my exact specifications. Will happily work with them again!

If not for Beth and Randy Sandland we would have had much less value for our money and probably a nervous breakdown or 2. We had to completely move out after a kitchen flood from a poorly serviced reverse osmosis system and the kitchen was gutted. Sandland Construction handled EVERYTHING with a smile and the same care they would have given to family. We were never left hanging in the lurch. They ALWAYS did what they said they would do down to the finest detail. I can’t express my gratitude enough. The workers always left everything cleaned up behind them and asked if we were satisfied and if it was done properly. They are an example of professionals versus wannabes. You won’t be disappointed.
