A technician named Bobby was sent to diagnose why my Mom's furnace had quit. After determining that it only needed a new thermostat he immediately installed a new one. He then continued to wait for at least 20 minutes to make sure everything was okay. During the entire time he was most personable, the epitome of customer service. Kissinger has done multiple service items and installations for my family and I would highly recommend using them.

Kasinger Mechanical came to my rescue. The weather turned cold and when I turned my furnace on Friday evening, nothing happened. I called Saturday morning to leave a message. I got a return call on Saturday. They offered to make a weekend service call. I told them I could wait until Monday. The tech was at my door at 10AM on Monday and had my furnace working within an hour. Great service. And professional, courteous techs.

The gent
Lemon that came out and replaced my heater were fantastic! Worked their tails off to ensure that my family had heat. They tacked a very difficult project and saw it through to the end. My many thanks and gratitude to them both. I WILL be using Kasinger again for sure!

We have the American Home Shield home warranty and last night our heat went out (weekend of course). This morning I called Home Warranty and they sent Kasinger's our information. Within minutes we received a text from them and the Service man came to our home and had our heating within 30 minutes. We were very pleased with their service!!!

I originally called them to clean my evaporator core. He didn't do a very good job. Later there was so much condensation because not enough air was getting through to keep the coil dry and it shorted my fan motor and damaged electrical components on my unit so bad that nothing worked. The tech they sent out came in and looked at it and said there was nothing he could do to fix it. He didn't even attempt to fix it. He told me that by the time all the work was done to fix it I could have gotten a new unit. Instead of the original cost of 165 for the cleaning service, I have now spent more than 800 dollars for replacement parts to get my unit back up and running. I was able to purchase and install all of the damaged components and fix it myself. I was without air conditioning for 5 straight days in 98 degree weather because they refused to attempt to fix my a/c. They made me feel like I was a second class customer.

Thank you for a wonderful experience and a very knowledgeable young man that helped us understand our Hardy furnace and worked very hard to get it in shape for us to use. We will definitely be going back to them for help.
