Testing fan was too loud, the room was packed, and the room was really hot for a test being taken during the summer. The temperate and tightness of the room impacted my scores significantly. I did pass my LCSW however, I could have done better if the testing environment was more comfortable.

The BEST part was the proctor shea! She was kind, caring, and so supportive. She is absolutely amazing and was motivating from the start. She had an empathetic personality and was the light in the stress of the test. If you get shea for your testing you are so lucky! She’s is 5 stars but innovative minds in 2 stars

Btw this QR code does not work. Not sure if innovative minds is trying to pull one over on the testers but it is unacceptable that the QR code didn’t take me to the reviews but a spam site. Action should be taken against innovative minds for the testing environment and the QR code being fake.

Testing environment was terrible. The table, air, chair, it was so small.......BUT SHEA was everything! She helped me stay calm and collected before and gave me the confidence to be able to take the test....She congratulated me immediately and celebrated that I passed! She was so wonderful I cried! Love Shea she is the best and May God bless her always!

Shea was amazingly helpful to me before and after my exam. I called her the day before my exam and she helped me to understand how to prepare to be calm and comfortable during my exam. And she celebrated with me after I passed! Best experience I have had at a testing site!!!

Shea was so kinda and helpful! She definitely helped ease my test anxiety and was just such an awesome person to interact with! She was very genuine and congratulated me after I finished! Facility was a little warm but not unbearably.

Had an exam appointment for 08/13/2024 12:00 PM, the process and assistance from the customer service rep working at the time was outstanding.

She was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly, even when I had to ask the same thing a few times. She was very patient, and courteous.

I parked on Mitchell Dr instead in the parking in the parking lot, my truck, I was a little confused about the parking areas, even though there is plenty of signage - I just didn't want to risk getting towed.

Testing area was probably about 10 ft. x 15 ft., about 12 seats overall. Plenty of room, quiet environment, perfect temperature for mid August. They provided me a calculator, scratch paper. There's also headphones if you need to hear anything for your test, sound dampening head phones and disposable ear plugs if the sound of people breathing and pages turning is too much for yourself.

Overall from parking, to check-in, exam, I was in and out in about 45 minutes to an hour overall.

Good location. The test room was not much, but it was comfortable enough and got the job done. The best part about the place is Shea’s customer service. She set a positive tone for the testing experience. That’s always helpful when you’re about to engage in a nerve-wrecking activity.
