Bobby spent about four hours on my issue regarding the Wi-Fi connection on my desktop computer . He remoted into my computer, and spent the majority of the afternoon, trying to correct my issue by using all of his MacGyver tricks and fixes with no luck. We then spoke on the phone for about another hour, and came up with a sound game Plan to fix my problem by reloading the operating system which he offered to walk me through. he’s very friendly and professional and knowledgeable, and he didn’t charge me for all the time he spent with me. Highly recommend this business.

I am 77 Years old, And i have had to deal with many repair men. I have always had issues with other repairs of my comp, Till Now !!!!!
This repair Man is the most honest and trust worthy I have ever met. He not only fixed my comp, Now My comp runs faster and better than it has in years. Bee Computer Solutions were outstanding! I had multiple issues with laptop after the kids spilled coke on the keyboard and also managed to drop it cracking my touchscreen. I called and spoke to Bobby who is the owner and he was very knowledgeable, patient and gave me a free diagnostic of all the damages after opening it up and drying it out and cleaning the motherboard. Had to replace the the entire top cover keyboard and palmrest as well as the touchscreen. The total price was very reasonable and had the parts and job completed in 3 days which was critical for me as i work from home and that is my only computer.

Very knowledgeable, quick response at a fair price. I had a Macbook Pro laptop where I spilled a coke on it. The computer would not power on at all. I took it to Bee Computer Solutions and spoke with the owner Bobby who is very nice and patient. He had to replace the main board and everything works again. Cost was so much cheaper than the quote I received from Apple and it would have been weeks before I got it back. Bee Computer Solutions had my system repaired in less than 3 days.

I contacted Bee Computer in a panic after a scammer tricked me into allowing him to access my computer and router. Bobby knew just what to do. He backed up my important files, wiped my computer clean of malware and helped me set up new passwords. He also reset my router to eliminate potential “back door” access. The whole process took only a couple of hours. Without Bobby’s quick action, my bank accounts could have been drained by the scammer. We are lucky to have found Bee Computer. Highly recommend!

I recently had a power spike which unfortunately killed the BIOS on my motherboard. I had hoped that was not the case, but I needed answers on a Sunday after 6pm. Bobby took the time to answer the phone, talk tech support with me and make a recommendation. this was a great example of going above and beyond to help potential customers and for that, 4 stars from me. Thanks Bobby for being helpful, even when you weren't having to touch a product.
