I have been ordering items from City Paper Company for about 2-3 years and I have never been disappointed. Drew in sales is amazing and is always willing to help me pick the right items my company needs, even when we had a very tight deadline! We recently had a difficult order and they were able to get items for us to chose from, get them proofed, ordered, printed, and delivered to us all within a very tight timeframe. They do amazing work and everyone I've interacted with at the company has been pleasant to deal with. Don't waste your time with the big, cheap companies you see advertisements for! City Paper is where the great business & good prices are!

We have used City Paper for years for our custom shopping bags, garment bags, and custom tissue paper. The experience has always been so positive that we now order promotional items, retail products, and even gift wrap and bags. Drew and Brad have always been upfront about pricing and lead times based on quantity and their vendors. On a reorder for our shopping bags, they came back and presented another option- a less expensive bag, but it would take longer to ship. They left the decision up to me- I so appreciate that level of customer service! I always appreciate Drew's input on items that he thinks are beneficial to our business. He has taken the time to get to know our clientele and makes solid recommendations. They also send the best Christmas packages of all our vendors 😊
