Being in Bob's Vistage group was indispensable when we were navigating the craziness that was 2020 and trying to keep our business alive. I earned an MBA, but the way that Bob chairs is a real world MBA program that trumps anything that I learned in the masters program. In the group we learn the principles of all aspects of our business and how to make good business decisions. We then hold each other accountable to implement the decisions. Not only does our business grow, but we grow as well. Cannot recommend this group enough.

Being the CEO of a small business can be a lonely place with no one to report to but yourself.

Bob became my "new boss", challenging my thoughts, helping with strategic direction, meeting with me once a month one on one and providing encouragement and advice.
