GoEngage is one of the more capable and feature rich case management systems, or information systems, that I have used in my career. With over 29 years of experience working with information management systems, I am truly surprised of how customizable and user friendly GoEngage is. From creating your own quick forms, custom reports, and work flows to developing your own tracking tasks, GoEngage does it all!! In Addition to having a great system, Cleverex offers one of the most comprehensive and friendly customer support experiences. Their customer support Team is always willing not only to help but to go the extra mile for their customers. They pride themselves about having truly satisfied customers! Lastly, the upper leadership team, including the company's CEO, is always supportive of new initiatives and partnership with customers and third party vendors. Integrating GoEngage with other widely used third part applications is one of their higher priorities together with system security, system availability, and system performance. Overall, I think Cleverex offers a well rounded GoEngage solution!

I’ve used GoEngage through several of its versions, and it’s come a long way. Each update has made the platform more polished and user-friendly. From an admin point of view, it’s much easier to manage data, track enrollment, and support our team. The tagging and filtering tools are especially helpful for staying organized and pulling what we need quickly.

One thing that really stands out is the GoEngage team—they always feel like family. They’re open to ideas, listen to suggestions, and really work with us to make sure the system fits our agency’s needs. It makes a big difference to feel supported like that.

the support group at GoEngage are experts in their field as well as OHS Performance Standards. It's their friendly approach that sets them apart.
