As a Chamber of Commerce employee who just integrated in November, we are extremely disappointed in the product we have and I'm confident that we would have stayed with our previous software or looked elsewhere. There is no way to send out RFP's to specific categories or send out an email to people in a specific group. The easiest way is to download the attendees and copy / paste their email addresses into outlook - but then you don't have a record in their "account" of the message. When sending out issues to the help desk or customer service, they never get back to you. Invoicing is a HOT MESS. It doesn't let you print invoices in batches. Everything has to be printed one at a time. Trying to set up our website was nothing but canceled meetings and then the work only getting partially done. Setting up events is very tedious and confusing. I can go on, but really, if you're looking to change your software, you will be spending an UNGODLY amount of time just trying to figure out how to get it to work instead of working on your real jobs.

Unreliable Service and Unprofessional Account Management

Our experience with Glue Up has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Over the course of our contract, we encountered numerous unresolved technical issues (such as persistent 504 errors and CRM malfunctions) and a complete lack of accountability from their team. Despite raising these issues repeatedly, Glue Up failed to deliver solutions or meet their contractual obligations.

Adding to the chaos, we were assigned FOUR different Customer Success Managers within a 90-day period. Each transition disrupted continuity, and we had to re-explain the same unresolved issues to new representatives—none of whom followed through. Their Account Manager, who was fully aware of these ongoing challenges, failed to ensure resolution or continuity.

To make matters worse, Glue Up repeatedly deflected responsibility, ignored requests for clarification on policy updates, and failed to provide the onboarding services promised in our agreement. Their CEO’s dismissive attitude and refusal to address valid concerns only compounded the problem.

This level of unprofessionalism, combined with their lack of responsiveness, makes it impossible to recommend Glue Up. If you’re looking for reliable support and accountability, look elsewhere.

I will be posting email chains for reference as soon as I'm able. Save your company and find a different vendor.

This has been one of the most disappointing experiences we've had with a company. They misrepresented their services, failed to complete our website and platform, and were nearly impossible to get in touch with for meetings. Their team seems completely unqualified and unsure of what they're doing. Now, they are refusing to issue a refund. Glue Up is the worst, and we deeply regret trying to work with them. We feel misled and taken advantage of, and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering working with them. I would give them no stars if I could.

We loved our salesperson. And that's where it stopped. We have had trouble with support, with financial interface, with duplicate info entry, and generally with customer service apathy. Really wouldn't recommend.

This product has the ability to be great but it is not there yet. I am one of the people suffering though their growing pains. I am hopeful to be able to amend this review once they get their act together. If you do not have complex needs, this platform will work. Just be careful you list what is important to you before your sign and make sure the sales rep shows you how it works... do not accept it can do things on blind faith. Glueup, if you are listening.... you need to hold your sales reps accountable for what they promise. You need to revamp your support process as it is extremely ineffective. Your product has the potential to be one of the best but whatever you are dealing with internally is affecting us as customers.

I highly recommend GLUE UP. They take the guesswork out of company software and tell you how simple and effective and easy it is to use GLUE UP. And they have great customer service and customer support. I was looking on the web & researching for a company to use for one of my businesses, which is a nonprofit company (npc). I found GLUE UP and it provided everything I’d need for my npc but also would work with my other businesses, which are a tech startup, a global consulting company, an entertainment business and a beauty salon. I figured that it would probably make sense to put the same software on all the businesses except maybe the tech company because that’s working off of a different platform. In the company’s website in their own words - they rightfully profess that -
“Create a single, integrated website that is powered by Glue Up CRM to manage events, process membership applications, accept payments, manage member data and much more.”

As an active Chamber of Commerce, we were looking for something that would enable us (and improve) to manage our events, members, email campaigns, CRM, collect payments and be user-friendly at the same time. We wanted to replace several out-dated technologies and instead use one software for our internal operations.

It also happened that at the same time we were looking for a new website solution and EventBank was in the process of launching a new solution for Chambers of Commerce. This resulted in a new (mobile compatible) website that was delivered within 4 days against a competitive price and at the same time easy to use and manage.

The support we received all our three chapters across China was very well – starting with personal kick-off calls, following online webinars and a good FAQ section. Once you have a look at the platform everything becomes easy . Best part for me as Deputy General Manager is easy set-up of roles & permissions to manage and restrict access to certain pages for temporary staff and some of our interns. Also, our members can now update their information and manage their own profiles. Creating Events has never been easier with Members now being able to sign up online and pay for the event using their preferred method.

Personally, I am also a fan of the EventBank Manager mobile app. Easy to monitor sign ups for events, membership renewals, email campaigns and check in attendees on spot.
