The folks at Adopt have been doing a fantastic job helping to resolve any technological glitches that try to sabotage my work efforts. There are parts of your business where you should find the cheapest vendor possible. Then there are critical, make-or-break-your-company partnerships where you need to have absolute reliability and top notch security. There are probably cheaper cloud solutions out there but I am 100% confident in working with Adopt Technologies. They keep our IT infrastructure up and running, are super responsive if we have an issue, and provide an elite level of security. They are even part of a joint FBI security task force. I am glad that we partnered with Adopt Tech when we decided to move to the cloud and get rid of our in-house servers. I prefer a consistent monthly cost over the random hit of server equipment upgrades every few years.

To begin with, Adopt helped me out of a nightmare cloud provider contract. Once in 6 years I was #2 in the queue, every other time I was #1. With very few (maybe 3 in 6 years) anomalous exceptions, issues were resolved when the call was complete. The support team is very skilled and has a positive attitude about getting resolution. In some 30+ years of being a senior executive, I've fired almost every IT employee I've ever worked with. Adopt IS the anomaly! I couldn't ask for a better IT partner. As an executive, Adopt makes me look great at a cost I didn't have to negotiate. They throw out the window the adage "Price, terms, quality; pick any two." With Adopt, you get it all.

Adopt has been nothing but perfection in all aspects in customer support for my self. They are extremely customer service oriented and very friendly and helpful. Each person I've spoken with have been able to solve my issue in the moment, and worst case they didn't quite understand the problem they would have another member of their team step in who could. I would describe them as extremely diligent, friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend them to anyone looking a support company!

I have run the gamut of IT companies. Each one was a separate set of disasters. I had a new server, convinced to sell my server and get on the cloud, then convinced to go back to the server, then convinced to go back to the cloud. Then I met Adopt Technologies. They are comparably priced to what I was paying before, but that is where the similarities end. They are truly in a class by themselves! By far the best IT company we have ever used and we have been in business for 37 years.
