Management did not care that my daughter was 4 and needed to use the restroom, no "no public bathroom" signs- 9 lines and 14 years of being a team mobile customer and this situation made me want to switch. Terrible customer service all employees worried about going to lunch. Employee helping us told us to call Customer Care instead of assisting. Don't go to this location.

I would say todays visit changed my entire views of this specific store. I went in with my mother with a bit of a complicated situation. My mother went in a few days earlier and was not assisted properly. Today the associate Kevin went above and beyond to assist my mother. From begin to end he was very patience, informative, and kind.

I will say for any future assistance we will return to this store only if Kevin can assist us.

Today I was helped by a sir called Kevin, he was very helpful and helped me solve all the problems that I got, after 4 hours of work he got it all together for me, I’m very happy and thankful, he even helped me with Spanish translation for my mom, I’m very grateful and thankful for him being able to help me!!!

I would Not recommend this location. Staff is unprofessional. Loud and careless. Store was filled and no Customer service was not given. If you have time seek a more professional tmobile. I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review.

Do not trust these people. When you cancel your service because you have no service at your residence, they will send you to collections . I called several times to make sure I was paid in full when I canceled my service. Today I got an email from their collection agency that they sold my information to.

From yesterday, on Saturday, January 3rd, 2025, when my mom went into the cell phone store, I was sitting in the car before it was raining, and the snow mix fell out from the sky at the time near 5:30 PM.🌧🌨
