The staff was excellent, they were concerned about me as a participant and did all they could to ensure the trial was a success for me. They kept me informed from day one. Always felt like my participation was important to them. On a scale of 1-10, I give them 11.
On the not so good side I had to have three different machines for initial blood pressure reading. The second visit better equipment with more accuracy.
Overall this experience was very good and also rewarding knowing it could help others. I would and have volunteered for other studies with them. Hope this helps you decide.

If I could, I would do six starts instead of five because my experience so far has been excellent! From day one, every single staff member has been extremely kind, gentle, and attentive to my needs and concerns. They have taken the time to answer questions and make sure that I understand everything (and even get to my appointments on time!). Fantastic attention to detail and great organization. Safety is always prioritized as well. Very thankful to Gale, Sandy, Chris, and Dr. Tram for all of their assistance, 11/10!

I’ve been participating in a clinical trial for a few months and having positive results. Everyone from doctors and staff have been so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. Sandy, the nurse I see is always available to answer questions. She’s been encouraging and motivating when needed and has been the link between my doctor and I when needed. This has been a positive experience that I would definitely do again.

This is my first time participating in a clinical research and I must say. It is not bad. My experience with Sandy one of the research coordinator is pleasant. She is very commutative and listens well, always pleasant, whenever I go visit. The staff is awesome accommodating when I have any changes. I'm glad I gave it a try.

The most considerate and caring staff. They make the experience very awarding and important. I stayed at the facility for a week and would gladly go back. My health and comfort was everyone's concern. They fed me so much I gained weight. The doctors and nurses are very informed and knowledgeable regarding the survey. I was in the COVID-19 study and I enjoyed it very much. This place is awesome and I cannot say enough great things!! Gail Lowe is amazing. Takes her time and answers questions outside of why you are there. She saved my life. I was there for a last visit and I mentioned my headaches. She took my blood pressure and suggested I go to the hospital or a doctor. I did and it turns out I was dangerously high blood pressure and possible TIA. Thank you Gail for this. I am grateful.

I cannot fail to mention Alex and Chris. You are amazing human beings as well.
