Wife and I for a date night. 7 pm on a Friday and they where busy. We where seated quickly and waitress got with us promptly. Gabriella was absolutely perfect. Food came out quick and hot. We had the chicken bites. All 4 flavors where great. We will be back again to try some burgers.

Place felt unclean. Table and floor was sticky. There was grime in some places. Glass backing had streaks and hand prints like young kids had put boogers on it. Service was good, food was good. Liked the crispy chicken wrap and the fries were on point.

•My first time trying Red Robin’s was successful! The Whiskey Mill BBQ Burger was amazing and full of flavor. The fries and mozzarella sticks were great.

•Our waitress had awesome customer service and checked on us numerous times.

• The restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. Nothing but green flags here!

My husband wanted a hamburger for dinner. I wanted Donato's pizza. Where else can you find this combination but at Red Robin in Mooresville, NC?! Consistency great food & service - Noah this time, who juggled several tables yet remained attentive to each.

Tables were open but there was a (short) wait when we arrived since most businesses remain short staffed since Covid. Guests were patient, understood, and respected that kitchen staff and servers weren't overwhelmed, which would've taken away from the attentive service and timely delivery of food.

The manager, Thomas, showed excellent leadership in communicating to his team and to guests who were both seated and who waited and ... great teamwork. He was in the kitchen, served food, cleaned tables, and regularly checked on his staff and guests. It was beautiful to watch this great team while we enjoyed a great meal. We look forward to our next visit.

Door dashed wings and chips from this place. Should have been 6 wings and a fair serving of chips. And this is the disgusting repulsive stuff i get. Cant even blame the dasher there is 3 missing wings and a handful of chips. The bags were completely sealed.

Excellent service for the whole family to enjoy! Amazing customer service with servers on the ball and never missing a mark each time I come. Sweet Potato Fries are so worth it 🤤
