I recently visited Tech Support Inc. for a back glass replacement, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The man who assisted me was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, I encountered a significant issue with the service. I paid $175 for the back glass replacement, which initially seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after the repair, I took my phone to Apple for a battery replacement, and they pointed out that there were problems with the replacement. According to Apple, the repair had not been done correctly, and it had caused further damage to my phone. As a result, I had to get the replacement done again at Apple, which cost me an additional $500. This was quite frustrating, as I am not the most fortunate financially, and I had hoped to save money by using this third-party service.
While the man working there was extremely kind, the quality of the repair work left much to be desired.

Was super helpful, kind, got it done so fast I didn't notice it gone! And went above and beyond when fixing my phone without breaking my bank. Also has a warranty on the screen. Definitely will return if I break my screen again.

Tech Support is outstanding. I have fixed my laptop and iPhone there now, and Dave has had my devices ready within a few hours each time. He also stayed late one night to help me figure out my iPhone back-up problems I was having. Great service at a face pace, and with reasonable prices as well! I highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience at Tech Support! Staff there was very kind and sociable. I enjoyed talking with them about life while they worked on my phone. Staff fixed my phone screen--which had gone black--in good time, and replaced my old battery which would lose life easily. Staff gave me good, honest information about new screen options and their working quality as well. Go there if you have any problems with your phone!

Amazing, to say the very least! If you are looking for a professional and speedy fix, this is the place to go! David fixed my phone in less than an hour and it looked like a brand new phone. I had a screen replacement and a home button repair done for an iPhone 5s and it was priced very reasonably. After getting the phone fixed, I had some minor issues that were caused from the impact of dropping my phone, and he fixed those as well! Not only was the service great, but so were his hours. There was not one other repair shop open within miles at 7:30 on a Saturday night, but he was open and more than ready to help! Great place, HIGHLY recommend it. Bilingual too, if that helps anyone (Spanish).

I came in for an iPhone 4s screen repair and it was done within 45 minutes and at a great price! I visited one other local iPhone repair shop and was not impressed. David did an excellent job repairing my phone and was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend coming to him first for any repair services. I hope I don't break my phone again, but if i do, I will see David. Thanks so much!

Dave is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He has excellent customer service and his prices are some of the best in the Harrisonburg area. I had my iPhone 5s screen replaced within 20 minutes AND a tempered glass screen protector came along with the repair. He is, hands down, the best place to go for any sort of tech related repairs.
