If you are interested in bicycles for handicapped people and also in any recumbent bikes, Anja, David, and the people around them are highly knowledgeable and have a large selection of bicycles available. An excellent place to visit in a lovely Vermont landscape.

There is no better place to buy or service an adaptive recumbent bike or trike in Vermont and perhaps all of New England . Anja is skilled, personable and a dream to deal with. David is knowledgeable and a good dude. All bike lanes lead to RAD

My wife is blind and we purchased a tandum recumbunt bicycle from RAD. RAD is the greatest, and it has been the best thing for my wife. We ride almost every day for an hour+. It give her the freedom and enjoyment of being outdoors.

Rude and patronizing. When I’m making an $8,000+ purchase, people are going to have lots of questions. I didn’t appreciate being belittled for exchanging lots of back and forth email about choosing an expensive trike that can come with lots of options. Nor did I appreciate being accused of “asking them to lower the price of their quote”, when I never received a quote for the model we were discussing, and then was literally told not to deal with them anymore.

Out of all the shops I contacted, RAD Innovations was the least pleasant to deal with. Everyone else I interacted with was so friendly, patient, and accommodating; they worked really hard with me to realize my perfect recumbent trike. Not RAD Innovations.

Unless you live nearby in Vermont and have an adaptive cycling need, go somewhere else, and connect with more patient, caring, and customer oriented people.

Andre and our friend Angie taking a spin on our new Hase Trigo delta trikes. We LOVE our new trikes!!! These will be our runabouts while we're on the road. We got these from RAD Innovations in Cornwall, VT and these people are amazing! They let us ride around and test the different models until we found the ones we wanted. Then, our carrier hadn't come in yet, so Anja and Elisa delivered our trikes to us! Anja took the time to adjust the trikes to us and educate us on how to adjust our trikes and use the pedal assist. She even shot some pics of Andre and I on our test rides, I'll share that when she sends them.
The trikes and the company are awesome and these trikes are SOOO much fun!
